This will help you build confidence in navigating the program and using cutting-edge AI tools in your coaching.

Session 2: Building Your Responsible AI Framework (November 6, 2025)
In this session, you'll learn how to create an ethical and responsible AI framework to integrate into your coaching practice, referencing your organization's, ICF's, Microsoft's, and major consulting firm’s statements or policies on responsible AI. You’ll also learn the latest research and insights on responsible AI. By developing your own Responsible AI Framework about how you will (or won’t) use AI in your coaching practice, you'll ensure that your use of AI is transparent, ethical, and aligned with your personal values, ultimately protecting coachees trust and enhancing the effectiveness of your coaching. This will help you establish an ethical foundation that aligns with your personal values for using AI in your coaching practice, ensuring transparency and trust with coachees.

- Participants will develop a personalized, Responsible AI Framework that aligns with their values.
- Participants will understand how to integrate ethical AI practices into their coaching.
- Participants will build confidence in using AI while maintaining ethical standards.
Session 3: How to Use Microsoft Viva for Coaching Excellence (November 18, 2025)
This session focuses on Microsoft Viva and its potential to support employee well-being, team feedback, continuous learning, and development. You'll explore how Viva can enhance your coaching by driving human connection and knowledge sharing within organizations. Practical demonstrations will show you how to integrate Viva's features into your coaching practice to boost employee engagement and learning outcomes. The session will also include three real-world scenario demos to showcase how Viva can be effectively used in coaching. This will help you enhance your ability to drive engagement and learning in your coachees using technology that supports human connection.

In this deep-dive session, you'll explore how Microsoft Copilot is an AI assistant to help coaches and coachees achieve specific leadership and coaching goals. We'll demonstrate three real-world coaching scenarios, focusing on how Copilot generates valuable insights, supports decision-making, and enhances leadership development by enabling coachees to track progress and stay aligned with their objectives. By integrating Copilot, coaches can streamline feedback delivery and performance tracking, freeing up time for more impactful coaching conversations while maintaining meaningful human connections. This will help you focus more on impactful coaching.

You'll receive access to your personal MyExcelia(R) account, including three credits to use with three coachees. This system allows you to measure and track the return on investment (ROI) from coaching engagements, allowing coaches to present clear, data-driven insights to coachees. Microsoft Viva*

We'll demonstrate how to use the various Viva tools to assist your work with your coachee. Viva is a platform within M365 that supports employee well-being, learning, and development, helping coaches drive engagement and growth within organizations.

Microsoft Copilot*

We'll demonstrate how to use Copilot, an AI assistant that helps automate tasks, generate insights, and support decision-making, freeing up more time for meaningful coaching interactions.
